PodBridge// a ReddX Industries tool

// Terms of service & refund policy

Plain terms for a small tool.

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ReddX Industries, a sole-proprietor studio in Zambales, Philippines ("we"). By using the free gap check, buying a subscription, or running the PodBridge app, you agree to them. Questions: abradix@gmail.com.

What PodBridge is

PodBridge is software that runs on your computer to compare your YouTube channel with your podcast, convert videos you choose into audio episodes, and publish them to a podcast host you connect. The free gap check is a read-only comparison that runs in your browser. We also host a small sign-in helper that completes the podcast-host connection.

Your content, your responsibility

Early access

During early access PodBridge is new software. It is tested, but you should expect rough edges, and we may change features, hosts, and pricing for new customers. We'll tell you about material changes by email. Onboarding is done by hand; we aim to have you connected within two business days of your order.

Our service

We'll keep the sign-in helper and the gap check running and support early-access customers directly by email. Because the app runs on your machine, most problems are fixable with you in the loop; we'll ask for the app's support ZIP when needed. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if a key is being abused; we'll say why.

What we can't promise

PodBridge depends on YouTube, Google sign-in, your podcast host, and your computer, none of which we control. The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from PodBridge is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost listeners. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.

Legal bits

The software is licensed to you, not sold; don't redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the new version.
