What we see, what we keep, and what we don't.

PodBridge is made by ReddX Industries ("we"), a sole-proprietor studio in Zambales, Philippines. This policy covers the free gap check at this site, the PodBridge desktop app, our sign-in helper service, payments, and the emails we send. Questions: abradix@gmail.com.
The free gap check
You paste a YouTube channel link and a podcast link. Our server reads the public listing of that channel through the YouTube Data API and the public podcast feed (or the Spreaker public API), and sends titles, dates, lengths, and thumbnails to your browser. The matching itself runs in your browser.
- We don't ask you to sign in and we don't store your result. Listings are cached in server memory for up to 30 minutes so a refresh is fast, then discarded.
- We keep ordinary web-server logs (IP address, time, request) for up to 30 days to keep the service working and to enforce the per-visitor limits.
- If you open the check from a link we emailed you, the link carries your channel and podcast so the form is filled in. Nothing else is tracked.
- The matcher downloads a Python runtime from jsDelivr's CDN; their privacy policy applies to that request. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
The desktop app
PodBridge runs on your computer. Everything it works with stays there unless it is being sent to the service you told it to publish to.
- YouTube. You sign in with Google and grant read-only access to your channel's listing. PodBridge uses it to list your videos and to download the ones you approve for conversion. The access token is stored on your computer only. PodBridge's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never see your Google data; it does not leave your machine.
- Spreaker. You connect your Spreaker show. The connection is completed by our sign-in helper (below). The resulting token is stored on your computer and used only to create drafts, scheduled episodes, and uploads you confirmed.
- Media. Video downloads, audio conversion, and uploads happen on your computer. Temporary files are deleted after each successful upload. Our servers never receive your media.
- Local records. Settings, the list of handled videos, and job history live in the app's data folder on your computer. You can delete them at any time; the "support ZIP" the app can produce contains logs and settings with secrets removed, and is only sent to us if you choose to send it.
The sign-in helper
Spreaker's sign-in requires a secret we can't ship inside the app, so a small service we host finishes the connection: it exchanges the one-time code for a token and refreshes or revokes it when the app asks. It is stateless. It stores no tokens, no account data, and no media; it keeps request logs (time, IP, outcome, and which access key was used) for up to 30 days. Each early-access customer has an individual access key we can revoke on request.
Payments
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles card details, invoices, and taxes. We receive your name, email, country, and order details, plus the podcast host and missing-episode count the gap check attached to your order. We use them to onboard you, to support you, and to decide what to build next. We don't sell them.
During early access we add the Google account email you order with to the app's list of allowed test users in Google Cloud. That is required for you to sign in and is removed when you ask or when the app leaves testing.
- Customers: we email you about your order, onboarding, and material changes to the service.
- Outreach: we sometimes email podcasters whose contact address is published in their own podcast feed, with a gap check for their show. Each email includes a working opt-out; reply "stop" and you won't hear from us again. We don't buy lists.
Your rights
Email abradix@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. Data in the desktop app is under your control already; deleting its data folder removes it. You can revoke PodBridge's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and to your Spreaker account from your Spreaker settings.
Children
PodBridge is for creators who own a channel and a podcast and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post changes here with a new date, and email customers about material ones.
